**Ranveer Arora (CEO & Co-Founder)**

* Entrepreneur, quantitative strategist, and investor with over a decade of experience bridging traditional finance and decentralized markets.
* Currently serving as Founder & CEO of [Altura.trade](http://Altura.trade), a decentralized yield and trading infrastructure platform that delivers institutional-grade strategies on-chain through delta-neutral and liquidity arbitrage mechanisms.
* Previously led the Quantitative Trading Division at PwC, building advanced analytics and trading models for global clients. Began his career as a Fixed Income Strategist at AllianceBernstein in New York, specializing in rate-curve modeling, macro trading, and multi-asset risk management.
* Combines a background in econometrics, financial engineering, and digital asset markets with a focus on scaling transparent, risk-adjusted yield strategies for global investors.

**Matthew Pinnock (COO)**

* Designs and operates end-to-end systems that capture yield from differentials across perpetual exchanges , spanning research, execution, risk controls, and monitoring.
* Experience with J PMorgan, Fidelity, HSBC, and Barclays; brings institutional trading discipline into DeFi, creating an edge in building robust, risk-managed strategies.

**Giorgio Filippi (Chief of Staff)**
